Hi, I’m Rebecca Bruce, Director of Smart Nutrition and Founder of the Women’s Wellbeing Program. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Wellbeing Coach with over 20 years of experience helping hundreds of women improve their health and wellbeing through sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I’m here to help women like you take charge of your health and wellbeing, feel energised, and rediscover your best self through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.

My carefully crafted two-step program is designed for busy women who are ready to prioritise themselves without the overwhelm.

Why I Do What I Do

I’m passionate about empowering women to feel their best—whether it’s through sustainable weight loss, feeling energised,, or improving gut health. My approach is holistic, blending evidence-based strategies with real-life practicality to help women make changes that last.

In 2024, I took my two decades of experience, my love of creating delicious nutritious recipes, and drive to help women thrive—and turned it into my signature Women’s Wellbeing Program.

A Personal Touch

My passion for gut health stems from personal experience. I've navigated chronic conditions including IBS, severe endometriosis, a prolonged parasite infection and gluten intolerance. I know firsthand how challenging gut issues and other health concerns can be and I am committed to sharing the most up-to-date research and tools to support your journey to better health.

I’m a mum of two, recipe creator, enjoy keeping active and love the beach! As someone who understands the juggling act of family life, work, and keeping healthy, I’ve designed this program to fit into real life.
